With over 20 years&#8217; experience in business law, he is recognised for his expertise in the banking, finance, oil, mining, infrastructure and energy sectors. He is a member of several professional associations, including the Chamber of Mines of Senegal and AMCHAM Senegal, and is registered as an arbitrator with the OHADA Court, the Dakar Arbitration Centre and CIMAC in Casablanca.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">His areas of practice include legal advice, structuring investment projects and court representation. Specialising in litigation, he defends the interests of companies of all sizes as well as individuals. He has in-depth expertise in areas such as the regulation of economic and financial fraud, compensation for economic and financial damage, the liability of managers and directors of commercial companies, and the management of fast-track procedures and enforcement of court decisions.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El Hadji Daouda SECK has extensive experience in pleading cases and represents his clients before the Senegalese courts, where he has won several awards in pleading competitions between lawyers.
